The CPES New Energy Professionals (NEPs) hosted a tour of UConn's Center for Clean Energy Engineering (C2E2) on April 23rd from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Held in the Innovation Partnership Building (IPB), this exciting event highlighted UConn’s collaboration with companies and organizations driving innovation in the clean energy space.
Attendees had the opportunity to step inside this cutting-edge facility and explore how innovative technologies are shaping a more sustainable world. They also got a behind-the-scenes look at advanced labs equipped for research in catalysts, electrochemical energy conversion, and energy storage.
Plus, attendees had the opportunity to meet the students driving this innovation as they demonstrated real-time work on fuel cells and electrolysis systems, designing, building, and testing solutions for tomorrow’s energy challenges.
Networking immediately followed at the UConn Dairy Bar.
