Get a firsthand view of the redevelopment of Norwalk’s waterfront underway at the Manresa Wilds site in an exclusive tour with the New Energy Professionals (NEPs) on May 13th at 3:00 PM!

Formerly a post-industrial site abandoned by the fossil fuel industry, Manresa Wilds is an innovative undertaking by Manresa Island Corp. that will restore public access to 125-acres of Norwalk’s waterfront, including:
– A publicly accessible park with restored forests and coastal habitats
– Year-round spaces for gathering, learning and play
– A reimagining of the Norwalk Harbor Generating Station building
– And more!

While remediation is still underway, this tour will feature a firsthand look at the existing landscape and Manresa Island Corp.’s complete vision for the site’s development.
