Director, Office of Climate Change, Technology & Research, Bureau of Energy and Technology Policy, Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. Keri has over ten years of experience administering sustainability programs and initiatives. This includes a strong knowledge of sustainability metrics and analysis, greenhouse gas emissions accounting, renewable energy and energy efficiency, the REC and carbon markets, LEED building certification, materials management, and ecosystem services.As the Director of the Office of Climate Change, Research and Technology at CT DEEP, Keri manages the work of the Governor’s Council on Climate Change (GC3). The GC3 is tasked with examining the effectiveness of existing policies and regulations designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and identify new strategies to meet the state’s greenhouse gas emissions reduction target of 80% below 2001 levels by 2050. |

She also participates in corporate responses to proposed state and federal climate change and environmental laws and regulations; and represents environmental policy group in Integrated Resource Plan process including DPUC and Legislative hearings and coordination with state agencies. |

Kevin Hennessy Director, State Policy – New England Dominion Resources Kevin directs and manages corporate affairs (government affairs, regulatory affairs, business development, market policy and philanthropy) for Dominion Resources, Inc. in New England. His issue expertise and public policy focus is on energy/utilities, including: legislative strategy, regulatory compliance, acquisitions and divestitures, community relations and corporate communications. |
