Our 2023 Annual Legislative Preview took place on Tuesday, January 31 at UConn School of Law. Commissioner Dykes, Chairman Gillett and the Co-Chairs and Ranking Members of the Energy & Technology Committee provided insight on their priorities for the 2023 Legislative Session. They also discussed the rise in energy prices along with the various factors that cause those increases and the solutions needed to address affordability concerns.
