Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Connecticut-based Electric Utilities
Class action case filed on Nov. 14, 2017, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Plaintiffs seek to represent all ratepayers of Eversource and Avangrid for all New England states.
